Hope End House, National Garden Scheme Open Woodland Bluebell Walk

Opening dates for 2008 are:
Saturday 12th April until Saturday 17th May

Yet again this year we are opening up the Ancient Woodland and Parkland to the public under the National Garden Scheme. There is an extensive woodland walk through 100 acres of parkland including a 6-acre bluebell walk. Allow 1-2 hours for the walk.

Access is via the Woodland Car Park off Raycomb Lane. Please see below for directions.

For those of you who bought your Christmas Tree from Coddington Christmas Trees, the entrance to the woodland car park is opposite them.

Admission £2.50
Proceeds to National Garden Scheme.

Please note: We are opening the Woodland and Parkland only between these dates. The Gardens at Hope End are not open to the public without prior arrangement. If you would like to view the Gardens with a group, please contact us.

Please also note: This is a Woodland walk. Areas are very steep in some parts, hilly in others. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Please wear the appropriate footwear.

Berrington Woods, Raycomb Lane, Wellington Heath, Ledbury

Directions - 2 miles NE of Ledbury. Take Bromyard Road north, turn right signed for Wellington Heath & Hope End. At T junction turn right. Continue for 0.5 mile and turn into Raycomb Lane. Entrance on right, signed after 1 mile

Due to demand, we are now opening the gardens at certain times during the Open Bluebell walk. Come and have a Cream Tea or a piece of Home-made cake with us and wonder the garden.
